High-Resolution Capture
An automated macro camera system photographs the product surface at microscopic resolution during manufacturing. The process adds no labels, markers, or modifications.
Feature Extraction
Our algorithm analyzes the captured image, identifying unique surface patterns and converting them into a compact digital signature using minutia calculation and feature vectors.
Secure Storage
The digital fingerprint is stored in our Swiss-made secure database, linked to the product's distribution data — reseller, batch, shipping date, and more.
Verification Match
When a product needs verification, a new macro image is taken and compared against the stored fingerprint. The match reveals the product's full distribution history.
